I love blue. It was the color of my curtains in my childhood bedroom and the paint color I chose for our guest room-turned-nursery. Some find it too loud, but I think just the opposite. This house in the Magdalen Islands in the Gulf of Saint Lawrence is quite possibly the perfect shade of blue. Up against the green rolling hills and sandy roads...it evokes a quiet calm and peacefulness, doesn't it?

agreed. remember that house on ford hill road--light blue with white shutters. so cute. a couple of years ago they put up off white aluminum siding. BORING !
